- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Benton County Sheriff's Office
- Official background checks: use the appropriate Oregon State Police process
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Set-aside filings: file with the court that handled the case

Public counter and phone hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., excluding legal holidays. Copy requests may be emailed to benton.copy.requests@ojd.state.or.us.
